Chelsea Lamping is a 21-year Air Force veteran and Executive Performance Coach with over 20 years of leadership experience, including as a Division 1 athlete, military officer, and combat airdrop pilot. She holds a B.S. in Psychology and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. Chelsea specializes in helping professionals unlock their leadership potential by blending evidence-based strategies with her high-stakes experience in leadership and team dynamics.
